This service is especially valuable if you're travelling with family, with children, with elderly parents who shouldn't be navigating an unfamiliar bus terminal alone, or heading somewhere you've never been before and don't know your way around once you arrive. Instead of juggling a bus booking and two separate cab arrangements yourself, Oray takes care of connecting all three legs of your journey.
How it works today, honestly
At this early stage, door-to-door is not yet a single automatic checkout, you don't simply tap a button and see the whole trip assembled instantly the way you can with the bus search itself. Request it when you book, or contact our team directly, and Oray arranges both cab legs manually, working with a small number of carefully chosen local vendors we trust to handle pickup and drop reliably, on time, every trip. It takes a short conversation rather than one click, and we would rather be upfront about that than describe a slicker flow than what exists today.
Why we're doing it this way for now
Automating this properly, matching the right vehicle, the right timing and the right vendor to every bus arrival across every city, is real engineering and operational work, and we're building toward it as the service grows. Until that's ready, a manual process run by people who know the local vendors personally is the honest, reliable way to deliver this, rather than launching a self-serve flow before it can actually hold up trip after trip.
Where this is available today
We're rolling this out carefully, city by city, for the same reason it's manual right now, door-to-door only works if the cab side of the journey is genuinely reliable, and we only offer it in a city once we have local vendors there we trust to handle it properly. If door-to-door isn't yet available for your route, it likely will be as we grow.
Pricing
An additional cab fare applies for the pickup and drop-off legs, on top of your bus fare. Since this is arranged manually today, our team confirms the exact price for both legs with you directly when you request it, rather than an instant automated quote, so you always know the full cost before you commit.
One journey, coordinated for you
The point of this service isn't a slick booking flow, it's genuinely not having to sort out three separate arrangements yourself for one trip. Whether that coordination happens by app or by a phone call with our team, the outcome is the same: your home pickup, your bus journey and your final drop-off, connected and timed to work together.
Payment and cancellation
