Pickup on arrival
Give us your flight number when you book, and Oray tracks it. If your flight lands early or late, your driver's arrival is adjusted to your actual landing time, not the original schedule, so you are not left waiting outside, and your driver is not left waiting for a flight that has not landed yet. This matters most on international flights, where 1am and 3am arrivals are common. Odd-hour pickups get the same careful planning as a midday booking, not an afterthought, and your driver will be tracking your flight status just as closely as you are.
Drop-off before departure
For a departure, our team plans the route with your flight time in mind, factoring in traffic and weather along the way, not just distance, so you reach the airport with time to spare rather than cutting it close. If your flight is unusually early, late at night, or during a period of known heavy traffic or poor weather, contact Oray directly and our team will plan the trip personally to make sure you get there on time. We would rather build in extra buffer than have you rushing through check-in.
How booking works and pricing
Search your pickup point and the airport, enter your flight details, and choose your vehicle. As with every Oray booking, the operator's minimum trip distance, standard practice across the industry, is calculated automatically for your route, and the fare shown is the fare you pay before you confirm. Tolls, airport entry charges and parking are billed separately, based on actual cost, not folded into the quote.

Pick a hatchback for a quick, budget trip, a sedan for standard comfort, or an SUV if you are travelling with more luggage or as a larger group, useful for families returning from a long trip with extra bags. Verified drivers, real accountability
Every driver on the Oray platform is background-checked before their first trip. You get the driver's name, vehicle number and estimated arrival before pickup, and you can track your trip in the app. For airport pickups, your driver's arrival estimate updates automatically as your flight status changes, so you always know where things stand, even at 2am after a long-haul flight.
Payment and cancellation
Pay by UPI, card or net banking at booking, or settle the balance in cash at drop-off. Cancel before the cut-off window shown on your booking for no fee; a partial charge applies after that window.
