Who publishes this site

Oray Booking is run by QUMAZ Technologies Private Limited. The guides and city pages are written and maintained by the Oray Booking team, who work on the cab, bus and hotel services the pages describe.

We sell what we write about

Oray sells cab rides, bus tickets, bus and tempo traveller hire, drivers and hotel stays. Guides and city pages say so: they are written to help you plan a trip and to show what Oray offers for it, and they link to booking. They are not independent reviews of other companies.

Where the facts come from

• Fares. A guide does not promise a fare. The price you pay is the live fare shown when you search, before you pay.
• Policies. Cancellation, refund and payment rules come from Oray's published cancellation and refund policy, terms and privacy policy.
• Distances, times and places. They are approximate, because traffic, weather and road works change them. A guide gives a typical figure and says it is typical.

Dates and updates

Each guide shows the date it was published. When something it states changes, such as a rule, a service or a route, the guide is corrected and its date updated.

Corrections

If you find something wrong or out of date, email oraytaxi@gmail.com with the page address and what is wrong. We correct errors of fact as soon as we have checked them.
